EXCHANGE BETWEEN CEJP RWANDA AND THE PS IN MINIJUST and THE PS IN MINALOC, Kigali on February 12,2024

On  February 12, 2024, Mr. MBONERA Theophile, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Justice, received Mr Francis ZEBAZE ,Technical Advisor and Mr UWINGABIYE Basile Program Director from the Justice and Peace Commission of the Rwanda Catholic Bishops Conference (CEJP) for an exchange.

The exchange was about the partnership between the Ministry of Justice and CEJP Rwanda as one of the mission of CEJP Rwanda is to promote a pastoral care of the values of justice.

On the same day Mr Francis ZEBAZE Technical Advisor and Mr Basile UWNGABIYE Program Director  was received by the formal Permanent Secretary of MINALOC and SWG Placide NIYODUSENGA.

Ahead of the nationwide launching in 2024 of CEJP Rwanda in Reconciliation,Fight against Negationism and Hate Speech operational planning. The strategic support of MINALOC as a local administration key partner is essential for the success of the program.
