DEEPENING THE PROFICIENCY OF NEW HARMONIZED WORKING POLICIES AMONG CEJP RWANDA, Kigali from18th to 20th February 2025

From February 18 to 20, 2024, the CEJP Rwanda team gathered at CELA Kigali for an enriching three-day ROMA/PESR workshop.

It was a time of deep learning, reflection, and collaboration as we worked to strengthen our understanding of harmonized work and management policies.

Over the past few days, we’ve shared insights, tackled key challenges, and aligned on strategies to enhance our impact. More than just a workshop, this was an opportunity to grow together as a team and reinforce our commitment to working more efficiently and effectively.

These policies will be used across CEJP and all CDJPs.

As we move forward, we’re excited to put what we’ve learned into action. A big thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to making this workshop a success! Together, we grow.
